Although each storage unit facility may have different rules & regulations in place. Security Public Storage strives to keep our tenant’s property in the mint condition it was brought in. We highly recommend insurance to every tenant, regardless of the items that will be stored inside. Just as an extra layer of armored & concealed protection, to help keep you stress free. Insurance can accommodate to most people’s needs, but making sure that there is nothing dangerous stored inside, reduces most threats. Frequent check- ins & maintenance is key for a safe and composed storage; which will keep the vicinity of the interior of the storage units clean, undamaged, & stable (durable), for much longer.

Rules & Regulations

Located below, is a list of items not allowed to stay stored while at Security Public Storage. This ranges from anything flammable, toxic, hazardous, combustible, or anything containing chemical agents. This was put into effect to decrease the risk of fire emergencies.

Future more, there is also no narcotics, weapons, cutting devices, living/dead organisms such as plants or animals, perishables or anything that needs to be temperature safe.  This was put into effect not only to reduce the amount of mildew, mold, insects, & pests, but to keep clear of any health hazards. Along with ensuring a pristine & immaculate environment. It should be noted that items such as, acid, acetone, compressed gas, charcoal, car batteries, chlorine bleach, fireworks, fertilizer, motor oil, nail polish remover, gasoline, paint thinner, & propane tanks are items most people do not realize that are extremely flammable & dangerous.

Safety

Above all, the storage of stolen items is strictly not welcome. Not following the guidelines will lead to the termination of any rental agreement & loss of storage unit. With every tenant following the rules and procedures, helps not just making it easier to keep not just the workers safe, but the tenants, & their valuable belongings secured.
